But when the business of life gets too complicated, it’s easy to lose touch with your creative side and too easy to get stuck in a rut. Sure, staying creative is easy to do, but it’s also easy to get stuck in a rut.

Mixing it up is a big part of a healthy lifestyle. It helps you clarify what you love and what you’re passionate about. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, forgetting to take the time to appreciate what makes you happy.

When I was in college, I took a creative writing class. It was such a great experience for me. I learned a lot from it, and I still use some ideas I learned there in my daily life. However, even in a creative writing class, you will always find people who write creatively while others can’t even write a word of English. So, what do you do if you want to be creative and you are not creative? I think the way to do this is to MIX it up. Mixing your creativity with other things that are not creative can help you become a more creative person.

Take some time to take a break

The simple act of taking a minute or two to stop and appreciate the small things we do every day is a powerful tool for cultivating mindfulness—the ability to be at the moment, to notice and appreciate what’s happening and how we feel in the present.

To live a life where you are constantly focused on yourself and what you think is important — you need to do some things that are sure to bring about self-awareness. You need to be present. You need to become a conscious and mindful person, one who is aware of their surroundings and who is not distracted by the here and now.

All of us hate distractions. They can cause us to lose focus and waste time. In fact, distractions can even be a mental drain that makes us feel physically tired! However, if you make an effort to reconnect with your creative side, you can be certain that your creativity will never be lost. We often find ourselves feeling stuck in an unfinished project, a project that we know we can finish but have no motivation to follow through with. There are lots of reasons why we may feel this way, from fear of taking a risk to lack of confidence or motivation.
